矿用水力作业机排管装置的设计及应用

Research and application of the pipe arrangement device of mine coiled tubing equipment

摘要: 在煤矿瓦斯治理过程中,随着瓦斯抽采孔深度的增加,矿用水力作业机滚筒储管量随之增加。若挠性管不能在滚筒上多层有序的排列,则影响绕管长度及挠性管的使用寿命并给挠性管的注入作业造成困难,针对此问题提出并设计矿用水力作业机排管装置。优选排管装置方案,介绍排管装置工作原理,设计排管装置机械机构。经生产实践证明矿用水力作业机排管装置使挠性管在滚筒上多层有序排列,有效提高了挠性管的使用寿命。

Abstract: In actual production application ,With the increase of the depth of the gas drainage hole, the cylinder storage capacity of the mine coiled tubing equipment is increased.If the flexible pipe can not be multilayer orderly arrangement,will influence on the length and the service life of the flexible pipe,make the injection operation of the flexible pipe becomes difficult. Aimed to solve the above problem,pipe arrangement device of mine coiled tubing equipment was proposed and designed.The working process of pipe arrangement device was introduced, a mechanical combined structure was designed. Application result shows that the flexible pipe can be multilayer orderly arrangement and the service life of flexible pipe is effectively improved.
